I have written a pitch as part of a series of articles I'm going to write about FFmpeg. Please let me know if it is OK to keep going with the idea and write more articles.
Here's the link to a preview of the first part of the series:
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
I checked on the Magazine dashboard and couldn't find an updated CLI
article intended for Monday publication. We had planned for Adam to do
this and I'd make an image for it and schedule for Monday morning
It's not a disaster -- we have the 15-year anniversary post coming up
on Tuesday. (That one needs an image from Ryan.) But it would be nice
if we could get this to maybe post on Friday, and beef up the schedule
Recently I did a Fedora Classroom session about Modularity which was also
advertised on the Fedora Magazine . The article mentions a BlueJeans
link that was used for the classroom which was useful for people to
connect, but now there is no value in having the link there.
There is now a recording available on the Fedora YouTube channel — so I
was wondering what if we replaced the BlueJeans link with the one of the
recording? I think that would be more useful to people who might read the
article now. And we could even share the article again saying the recording
is now included.
What do you think?

Attached are some additional notes and a video demonstrating the entire process from start to finish. The video is in the form of an animated SVG, so you will probably need to use
a browser to view it. The video just demos me copy-and-pasting the commands from the "netboot-howto.txt" file into a command terminal to show what the results should look l
ike when everything works properly (warning: the video is quite long -- over 30 minutes).
I had originally hoped to get enough responses to make a series of
daily article for Appreciation Week, but that is not the case. I put
together the responses I did get. Please review the article and if it
is worthy we need a feature image before publication.
Hi Magazine contributors,
I have finished up the Fedora Core 1 virtual machine for the 15-year
anniversary article publishing this coming Tuesday. If anyone is able
to, please download the tarball and follow the instructions in the
README. I really want to make sure this works before we publish the
article on Tuesday.
