Next Wednesday we are scheduled to have the Release Readiness meeting for the Fedora 12 Beta. I'm hoping representatives from each of the teams will be able to attend. Please discuss with your teams to see if there are any issues they would like to bring forward. This cross team meeting is held to coordinate and discuss release day issues in real time and to make sure we are ready for a smooth release day.
The following list shows the people that represented these teams in past releases. If you cannot attend or no longer wish to represent your team please coordinate and alternate.

IMPORTANT: as a change from previous meetings, unless someone objects I would like to try having this meeting on IRC this time. We seem to have gotten into a pretty good routine with this meeting that I'm wondering if the advantages of real time voice are not needed as much any more.

I will be en route to or at the airport during the meeting and not sure whether I'll be able to attend. (I'll do my best to rig up something through my phone.)

Because of the decision to slip the Fedora 12 Beta release at today's Release Engineering meeting we will postpone this meeting one week to 2009-10-14.
