Hi, did you restart the lnst-slave after you made changes to lnst-slave.conf?
Also, how do you run lnst-slave? By calling /usr/bin/lnst-slave? Did you install it from rpm package or did you just clone the upstream git and run it by ./lnst-slave from the git clone?
-Jan
i use git clone and use './setup.py install' to install lnst and run 'lnst-slave -d'
it looks no wrong.........

In that case you have to edit the lnst-slave.conf in the git clone directory. This configuration file has the HIGHEST priority and if it exists other configuration files will not be loaded.

it was set in this file '/root/lnst/lnst-slave.conf',but it doesn't work,I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.
this is my first time setting up the lnst test environment.

Does /root/lnst contain the git clone of LNST?
Do you run lnst-slave using these commands?:
cd /root/lnst ./lnst-slave -d
What does the command above print? It should be something like:
Loading config file '/home/igyn/tmp/lnst/lnst-slave.conf'
Please reply with the answers to these questions and I will help you further.

Thanks a lot for your answer, i know how to deal with this problem.
Another question is that:
when i test '/root/lnst/recipes/ovs_offload/01-basic.xml',it will appear "CommandException: Slave host1: Mixing NM managed and not managed devices in a master-slave relationship is not allowed!"
i know this test will use 'ovs-vsctl' command, but in my system ,we don't have this command,so i want to use NetworkManager to deal with this question. "NetworkManager-ovs.x86_64 : Open vSwitch device plugin for NetworkManager"
"use_nm = yes" is set in the "/etc/lnst-slave.conf" of three slave machines, and i used "lnst-slave -d" to setup up lnst-slave.
so i want to ask the function of NetworkManager-ovs implemented in lnst? or how to deal with this problem.

unfortunatelly we don't have support for NetworkManager-ovs implemented in LNST.
However, you not having ovs-vsctl command is very suspicious, it points to you not having openvswitch installed at all. NetworkManager-ovs doesn't have it as a install dependency so you can have that but ovs bridge configuration still won't work if you don't have openvswitch installed.
