extends omni output of netperf with these selectors:
LOCAL_SEND_THROUGHPUT - how many bytes were sent from client
REMOTE_RECV_THROUGHPUT - how many bytes were received on server
LOCAL_CPU_PEAK_UTIL - what was the highest percentage of CPU utilization
during the test on client
REMOTE_CPU_PEAK_UTIL - what was the highest percentage of CPU
utilization during the test on server
