Just got back, no one has really touched this game for years

Thank you for not bothering. Forced to fix it myself. I will advise everyone to stay away from this software in the future. Looking at the recent activities here it is not even worthy filing a bug report.

Hello,

I recently installed lincity-ng via Discover software center on a FC33 system (uname -a Linux localhost.localdomain 5.12.14-200.fc33.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Jun 30 18:40:10 UTC 2021 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux) with KDE:

Operating System: Fedora 33
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.79.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.12.14-200.fc33.x86_64
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
Memory: 15.6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: NV106
After first run of lincity-ng my monitor flipped telling me that 95.4kHz / 60Hz is out of range. Since then this user account is unusable as it returns to this out of range error every time I login to KDE.

I searched through xorg.conf files but could not find where this incorrect settings could be found. Other accounts were not affected. I had to make a new account to be able to allow for email and browsing access. But I want back my own account as it has a lot of precious other features I don not want to miss out on.

How do I restore the incorrect monitor settings used by KDE since lincity-ng messed them up?

Any support is appreciated.

Also, let me know if this should be filed as a bug?

Best regards,

Li
