According to GNU manual[1], in Makefile, we should use AM_DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS
variable instead of DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS.
The DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS is for user to use in command line.
