CC-BY-SA is an odd choice for a code license. From the Creative Commons FAQ:
Unlike software-specific licenses, CC licenses do not contain specific
terms about the distribution of source code, which is often important to
ensuring the free reuse and modifiability of software.
In the case of cataclysm-dda, they state the following in their README.md:
The code and content of the game is free to use, modify, and
redistribute for any purpose whatsoever.
This statement, combined with CC-BY-SA makes it fine for Fedora without any
ambiguity. I'm reluctant to put it in the main software license list,
because there may be cases where code under CC-BY-SA would have
distribution concerns.
Though, I would note that cataclysm-dda seems to be already packaged and in
Fedora, so you may not need to work on this one. :)
Thanks,
Tom

I would like to package a video game Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead for
fedora. It is in the SIGs/Games WishList

issue: according to README.md
<
https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/blob/master/README.md> both
the code and the content are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution
ShareAlike 3.0. According to this list
<

CC-BY-SA is approved for content, but it is missing from the list of
licenses approved for code.
On a related note: the entry for CC-BY-SA is marked as "FSF Free", but FSF
only approved <

CC-BY-SA 4.0.
