Right now the admin can always add special kernel parameter in
/etc/sysconfig/kdump.
This change only disable quiet *by default*. So I think it's unnecessary
to add another option.
Or, maybe we can let admins specify which kernel parameter to strip
in /etc/sysconfig/kdump such as REMOVE_CMDLINE_PARAM="quiet"?
Is it possible we can document somewhere which parameter we can append
to cmdline.
