redhat/configs: update RPCSEC_GSS_KRB5 configs
We plan to support Camellia and AES-SHA2 in RHEL 9. Update the ARK configs to match.

The cki failure here seems to be choking on regmap-kunit with depmod. That was fixed in 51164e67901f14ec571479b9a43e4615ec410b40 though I am unsure why it doesn't show here...
