"kernel BUG at mm/filemap.c:610"
which is
void unlock_page(struct page *page) { VM_BUG_ON(!PageLocked(page));
<===
unlocking a page which is not locked in a btrfs endio thread ...
very little to go on here.
the subsequent btrfs errors may or may not be related; btrfs error
handling is not superb.
Probably best to file a bug in RH bugzilla, and add any additional
info there as you are able to obtain it.

Well as a start I can pretty easily switch back to ext4, btrfs was
just and attempt to see if using a different file system would
alleviate the issue. But as I said the same sort of problem appears
with both.
I'll open up a BZ against the issue and try to get the best info in
there that I can. I am better at debugging programs not the kernel so
this is rather a new walk for me.
Thanks for the help,
