New subject: [OS-BUILD PATCH 0/0] filter-modules.sh.fedora: drop unused list
"iiodrvs"
From: Paul Bolle on gitlab.comhttps://gitlab.com/cki-project/kernel-ark/-/merge_requests/1029#note_5525...
Please note:
- tested on my local x86_64 machine only;
- if I messed things up some modules might end up in another rpm, which
could annoy people;
- didn't dare to port these clean-ups to the rhel filters, though some
may be applicable;
- boring to review (though the web UI of gitlab.com is actually quite
good here!);
- would splitting into even smaller commits help for review? (Seven
commits already feels like an attempt at commit count inflation...)

@jbencrh @e-milne - should we apply these changes to the rhel filters
too? Not sure if we even built these drivers for RHEL. If you are
unfamiliar with the script, it takes the built modules and moves them to
the side to be packaged in kernel-modules-extras. The patch is dropping
unused drivers from that package.

From a quick look, this seems reasonable even for RHEL. However, it
needs a verification. Which is easy, you take the rpms built before and
after the patch set and compare their content (files). If they match,
we're good.
Sounds like a nice task for an intern :-)
