page's what should i do ? cloning kernel man page's repo and "make
install " can solve this ??

No. The kernel-doc package contained the html equivalent of the man
pages, but I don't believe we ever shipped the man9 pages themselves.

FWIW, we don't ship kernel-doc in rawhide any longer as well.
