Qt packaging issue?
I don't think so. On my system I have....
[egreshko@meimei designer]$ rpm -q qt-x11
qt-x11-4.8.7-28.fc26.x86_64
qt-x11-4.8.7-28.fc26.i686
Looking back in my history this package we updated during the upgrade from F25 to F26.
