Well I was just playing around with the kdevelop-4.2 srpm for fedora 15 and it requires kdeutils-devel as a buildtime dependency, so i assumed this package was forgotten while updating. So I guess the dependency the should be changed to kdesdk-devel.

Ah I just checked the specfile and it correctly sets the buildrequires for fedora >14. Should have checked that before posting. Sorry for the noise.
