After upgrading from 4.8 to 4.8.1 smooth-tasks crashes plasma Bug reported upstream: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=295583
kde-plasma-smooth-tasks has been FTBFS (fails to build from source) for a long time in fedora, hasn't been (re)built since f15. Apparently, there may be a patch on it's kde-apps site, but no one's tested/imported/built it yet.
I'll open a local bug to track it. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=801762

I have an folder here named smooth-tasks-v2012-02-13 compiled from source under KDE 4.8 and still using it under KDE 4.8.1.
A quick Google search on "smooth-tasks-v2012-02-13" points me to "Smooth Tasks 2 KDE-Apps.org" but kde-apps.org is crashing at the moment with an "Internal Error. Exception id:2363815001".
