Yeah, I made it executable then dropped a link in ~/bin.
bad karma reported.
To be clear here, this is not a regression or packaging issue, but
simply (imo) an upstream bug.
In the meantime, we can workaround it by (sym)linking pykdeuic4 into
%_bindir or something similar.
