Hello all - hope you can help me understand if this is a standard KDE behaviour or not;
F26 - Kernel 4.12.9-300.
The Bounce Keys setting in KDE under Accessability Settings -> Keyboard filters only
goes down to a minimum of 100 msec. I have a crappy keyboard with chatter on a couple of
keys and have used the Gnome bounce keys setting to set it as low as 5 msec. That lets me
use the keyboard for typing and gaming.
I know this is from Xbouncekeys or whatever that utility is called, but I can't figure
out how to set it outside of the DE or why KDE only lets me take it down to 100 msec. Any
advice/thoughts is appreciated.

So I found the file ".config/kaccessrc" and was able to manually set bounce keys
rate < 100 msec.. Wonder why I can't do it in ksystensettings5?
