Perhaps some startup race condition? On logout/login it seems normal, but I
did change the "Taskbar" font to sans serif 9 (everything had been set to 10)
After reboot, the problem is back. Repeated logout/login doesn't fix it. DPI
is reported by xdpyinfo correctly (115x115).
I assume that under font settings, it is 'taskbar' font that controls the size
of fonts on the panel such as clock and task manager?
