Run kwalletmanager, right click kdewallet, change password (and set
password to be empty/blank).
Where do you actually set the passwords? We opened the properties by
right-clicking on the wallet in the systray and there was no password
option.
As far as I know, we've never set up a wallet on the laptop in
question at all ...
