I'm assuming since I could enroll a fingerprint that the device is supported.

It depends if the hardware is supported. My fingerprint reader on my laptop isn't supported in Linux yet. Not sure if it ever will.

In the past kde did not support unlocking the screen using fingerprint.  Now that we are on F40 I decided to try again.  I was able to enroll a fingerprint but when I try to use it to unlock the screen nothing happens.  Is this supposed to work?

Thanks,
Neal
