Hi,
I have seen this at least a few times. Sometimes when I delete a
file/folder
they don't really get deleted. A notification is created which never
goes
away. Please see the linked image for the notification problem.
I am going to leave the system on overnight to see if the folders get
deleted
eventually or not and what happens to the notifications.

I am on fully updated f23.
What do mean exactly by "Delete"? The default in Dolphin is to move the
file to a Trash folder so you can undelete it later. Or you can set it
to really delete the file (with no undeletion). In the first case the
problem could be related to the location of the Trash folder (e.g. if
it's mounted on a network drive).
