So, I'm having to blow away this install (which I'm writing
on now) and
reinstalling F23 KDE to see if this fixes the problem. If I still have
trouble, I wonder if the F23 Workstation (GNOME) version handles this
any better? I hate GNOME to be honest, but I need this to be consistent.
nobody needs to blow away any install - this is not windows
just hit CTRL+ALT+F3 -> login as root -> do whatever you need
like
* dnf install kdm
* systemctl enable --force kdm.service
* dnf install gdm
* systemctl enable --force gdm.service
nobody is forcing you *currently* to use sddm and talking about
re-install the whole operating system just because an iusse with one
package is nothing but nonsense
