You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
Wait a moment until your mirror is synced with new kdelibs 4.3.0 - they have
been just pushed to stable.
