I haven't tried it before for video, but for audio it is unbearably
horrible,
stuttering all over the place. DragonPlayer is so much better. Out
of
curiosity I just fed the sme VOB from a camcorder recording to each of
the
apps I have installed. DragonPlayer was the only one to play it
without
stuttering. VLC was the worst.
I haven't heard of DragonPlayer. I see it has a web page, but isn't in
the repos. Maybe I'll try it.
