This commit actually also removes KNode (with no replacement) and
libreoffice-kde (so LibreOffice uses either GTK+ or cross-platform
fallback theming by default). So it's not just Amarok being replaced by
JuK.
Yes, I did say "namely" and was not 100% verbose on the content change. The
result is the same... no qt4/kde4 libraries should be included on the kde
spin.
