Good point.
I was planning on taking the latest F30 packages, which have plasma
5.15. Except for the handful of qt5-qt* that need to stay on older
releases.
At some point in the future (RHEL 8.1 or 8.2) we'll need to talk about
updating, possibly putting qt5 and plasma into a module or something.
But at the beginning, EPEL8 will not have modules. I'm fine with
plasma 5.15 to start out with.
