Hello Klaus,

I am having a similar issue here. Realized that the font you are using is "Cantarell" and although I have
the abattys-cantarell-fonts package installed and I can choose the Cantarell font in LibreOffice, the
pdf I am getting is without any letters as you are describing. However, the text is there and can be copied
out using CTRL-C and CTRL-V. See pokus1 ....
When I changed the document font to Liberation and tried again, I got a normally looking PDF, see Laeseplan

This must be a font issue, maybe the Cantarell package has some problems, you can report it as a bug.
For the time's being, use a different font as a workaround and you should be fine.

I have no idea.

Its my lecture plan that I adjust year after year to fit to the next
semester.

Strange thing, though, is that this document works fine on another laptop.

Where I originally thought that it was the document, I now slowly turn
to the installation, but cannot pinpoint one place to look.
