It is in both 1.10.3 and 1.11, the two versions I have at the moment. It's
the lst option on that list, just before you define the wastebin folder.

Ah... you're using IMAP, right? I have gone back to POP3. IMAP with Gmail gave
me so many timeouts, that I decided to stop using it. Thought it were just
network problems.
