I seem to be getting the syntax wrong:
lsof | grep -E (3180|3181|3183)
lsof | grep -E "(3180|3181|3183)"
remeber the ", they are required to get the argument as one single string.
bash: syntax error near unexpected token `('
Tried a few variations, but not got it right.
