"significantly" is a somewhat objective term - but I would tend to agree that since CDs aren't
as popular as they once were, people tend to use usb sticks or DVD so size
isn't that big of deal.  Which ties into another topic of Less Bloated KDE Spin

I can certainly understand one would want to remove software that is obsolete, but other
than that, what's the point?
