why is package-kit installed if you don't user it
why is apper installed if you don't use it?
why is anything installed you don't use?
It's there because this is a fresh install of Fedora. I haven't removed
it because I might want to leave it for other users. My question wasn't
how to remove it, it was how to turn it off for myself.
