I believe that you must be right that some other app is messing things up. But I have NO
idea how to go about discovering what that might be.
I too have installed Fedora 22 KDE version and the clipboard always
worked as expected for me. Same with F21 too. I never had to meddle with
Klipper settings. It must be some other app that messing up the settigns
for you.
