If you want to use this in a launcher or menu, rather than the terminal,
try the following:
bash -c 'GTK2_RC_FILES=/usr/share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0/gtkrc ooffice -
writer'

I figured out from what you wrote to do the following:
"System Settings"->"Appearance"->"GTK+
Appearance"->set "Widget style" to
"Clearlooks".
