After some problems I finally got F12 up and running yesterday. Sadly, I'm
still having the same old problem of getting gpg to work. I've downloaded
the two files mentioned here and set them up on my local account.
However, I seem to recall that they now need to be put into some
root-controlled directory, but I can't remember where and can't find the
message. What's more, if I'm remembering correctly, I never updated the
userbase page - sorry about that.
This time I promise that I will put the answer up on userbase :-)
Wasn't that at all -I had installed pinentry-qt but not pinentry-qt4. Mea
culpa. Do we need both, or is pinentry-qt the KDE3 version?
Now I'll update the userbase page.
