Backporting security fixes for 10 years is what people pay RHEL for. If they
can't even get that done here, they can stop selling their product
altogether.

for how many decades would you like to train people that the ycan rely
on /usr/bin/python is there and is in fact python2 while any sane
programming language would just be /usr/bin/python = current major version
