I have been using Plasma 5.17 from Martin Kyral's copr for few weeks now (on F30 and now on F31); haven't noticed any major breakage. There is a major change on my daily usage ‘Alt+Space’ for krunner is now ‘Meta+Space’ (which is usually standard shortcut for switching input methods).
On F31 with Martin's copr enabled I also see this. Alt+Space does not work for krunner while Meta+Space does...
