I must admit I say (through a script) "sudo dnf -y update" almost every
day.

Life is too short to do otherwise, unless one's life revolves around
Fedora.
Unless I am updating from updates-testing for specific
packages, I do
dnf distro-sync -y
Or
dnf update - y
And I mostly run Rawhide :)
