Description of problem:
Tomcat's logrotate.d file needs to set "su root tomcat" to suppress
logrotate
errors like:
error: skipping "/var/log/tomcat6/catalina.out" because parent directory has
insecure permissions (It's world writable or writable by group which is not
"root") Set "su" directive in config file to tell logrotate which
user/group
should be used for rotation.

2. Run /etc/cron.daily/logrotate
