Description of problem:
when waking computer from hibernation it freezes with a black screen after the
splash screen.

How reproducible:
happens every time i hibernate unless i blacklist the amdgpu kernel module
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run "systemctl hibernate"
2. wait for computer to go in to hibernation
3. wake computer
Actual results:
freezes with a black screen after the splash screen
Expected results:
waking from hibernation and showing lockscreen
Additional info:
i can still reboot the system using sysrec+R,E,I,S,U,B but i cant change tty.
this dose not happen if I blacklist the amdgpu kernel module and only use my
integrated intel graphics, then hibernation works as expected every time.
Hardware info:
Lenovo Thinkpad E460
CPU: Intel i7 6500U
Intel GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520
AMD Gpu: AMD Radeon R7 M360
