--- Comment #9 from Fabio Valentini <decathorpe(a)gmail.com> ---
As far as I can tell, the artifact ID has changed from commons-jexl to
commons-jexl3 with the bump to version 3.0.
So I think version 3+ should be packaged separately, if a package for version
3+ is ever needed -
similar to separate packages, for example, for commons-collections vs.
commons-collections4, and commons-configuration vs. commons-configuration2.
Which is why I'm closing this as NOTABUG for now (please correct me if I'm
wrong).

--- Comment #22 from Doran Moppert <dmoppert(a)redhat.com> ---
Mitigation:
When using the CORS filter, it is recommended to configure it explicitly for
your environment. In particular, the combination of `cors.allowed.origins = *`
and `cors.support.credentials = True` should be avoided as this can leave your
application vulnerable to cross-site scripting (XSS). For details on
configuring CORS filter, please refer to
https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0-doc/config/filter.html#CORS_Filter

The problem is related to the patch "jogl2-mesa-profile-detection.patch" added
to solve another bug,
if I remove the patch the plot is OK.
P.S: the problem appears moreover if I use scilab on a remote machine through a
ssh -X

One or more of the new sources for this package are identical to the old
sources. It's likely this package does not use the version macro in its Source

I have the same problem with a NVIDIA gpu and the nouveau driver on a fedora
30.
The downgrade at the package jogl2-2.3.2-6.fc28.x86_64 solve the problem, while
the problem shows up with a downgrade to jogl2-2.3.2-7.fc28.x86_64.

Statement:
Re Hat Satellite does not support using mysql as a back end database, thus the
mysql connector is not used in any Satellite installation.
The package mariadb Java client is now available in Red Hat Software
Collections. It can be installed this way:
# yum-config-manager --enable rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms
# yum install rh-mariadb103-mariadb-java-client
This JDBC driver works fine with both, MariaDB and MySQL servers. We recommend
use of mariadb-java-client over mysql-java-connector where possible.
