Security providers have to be listed in classpath.security.
For FC, see the script 'rebuild-security-providers'... put a file in
/etc/java/security/security.d and then re-run the script.
That's not it. I've already got it finding the Cryptix provider. The
problem is that the provider can't find its own property file.
