Doesn't meet the bonus points, but maybe https://www.home-assistant.io/?
(Theoretically this could be packaged for Fedora, but it'd need a
really commited to making that a value add over the upstream packaging.)
A couple of votes for home-assistant container is promising. A good
example of a
config file stored locally instead of in the image and of
course network configuration.
I'm still open for other suggestions. Got anything smaller? For my poor
little pi with with its itsy bitsy 16G SD card?
I have no issue with upstream packaging, just that docker.io has a lot of
cruft to sift through to find a trusted and well maintained images. :)
The star system only helps so much.
Keep em coming!
