Right,

Those URLs appear to be where the downloads I found are coming and they even include the CHECKSUM files, but my confusion is more from the pages that describe the options and then link to files located in the dl.fedoraproject.org sub directories.  Also, along the paths I found, there are some bad links.

Maybe my questions should be:
How do I navigate from getfedora.org to downloading an IoT image from dl.fedoraproject.org
So that I can figure out the answer to the next questions:
How do I navigate from the IoT Getting Started guide to downloading an IoT image from dl.fedoraproject.org
