It worked fine for me on a mustang aarch64 host. It could be the RPi3
network (is it a B or a B+?) being a little terrible or maybe
something CDN oriented. Unfortunately there issues are really hard to
debug :-
I'm using a local registry now. More of a partial work-around but podman
get the job done now.
