In this case smooge is already working on the 5.5 upgrade and production
will get upgraded too once we're confident the staging environment is
stable.
After that point we'd then format all of staging and rebuild from scratch
to make sure we have a clean staging environment (this might involve some
puppet rebasing as well)
Fine with me. Figuring out how to use puppet to simulate bapp01 in staging
might be another thing to do while we're at it.
