Reason for outage:
Total power loss to the primary colocation Fedora hosts. Some apps, like
the mirror list, would have only suffered a couple of minutes of downtime.
Fedorahosted only had issues with logging in to trac, scm commits and
read-only trac was fine. Unaffected services were below.
