A way to see if there are broken deps in the new update set and the ability to
say "no, don't push it"
mash currently gathers broken deps and doesn't do anything with them. What
it needs is:
a) to print them out
b) a mechanism to check dependencies using another repo as a base (otherwise,
the broken dependencies in updates are going to be wrong)
