If we can use askimet we should go that route, I talked to suehle and we can get a
membership $5 for the commercial site license. It works wonders on the Fedora Magazine.

I've installed the package and made the required changes to
settings.py etc. I haven't been able to login to django-admin to test
it, though. Can someone with access please test to see if it works?
You need to:
- ensure puppet etc didn't mess up my changes (I've made them locally)
- login to django admin and add an IP to the block list
- try to access ask.stg from that IP and see if stopforumspam does
anything
Sadly, I am not sure this will work at all for us. Our application
servers are behind a bunch of proxies. So, the application servers only
see the IP addresses of the proxies connecting to it. ;(
If we can get the package to look at a header, we might be able to add
a proxied-for header with the real ip in it?
