How many plague instances do we allow to be built at once on the ppc
boxes? Would it make sense to increase it?
one plague instance per system. each
one is configured to build one package
at a time per cpu so the ppc builders will do 4 at a time and the
x86_64/i386 builders will do 2 at a time i dont think it makes any sense to
do more than that.
