Hi everyone, My name is Pavel and I'm from Czechia. I would like to join the Fedora Infrastructure Team. I've been using Fedora for about 3–4 years now, and I think it's one of the best distributions for both beginners and professionals. I have a Bachelor's degree in IT and I've been working in IT for 3 years. My bachelor's project was a monitoring web application written in Python. Right now, I'm working as an IT Support / Infrastructure Specialist. The company is Microsoft-oriented, so I have very limited professional experience with Linux systems. We have a few Raspberry Pis running Raspbian that display webpages on TVs, and an access terminal based on AlmaLinux. In my free time, I focus on my own infrastructure. It's an older ThinkCentre running Proxmox VE and an HP T620 thin client, also running Proxmox VE. I run a NAS (OMV) in one of the VMs, host a website in an LXC container (not accessible from the internet right now), and run a Minecraft server. I'm planning to deploy Pi-hole and WireGuard, but they aren't a priority right now. I would like to learn system administration on a more professional scale. My own infrastructure isn't really critical, so it doesn't require professional monitoring or the same approach you would use in production. There's also not much need for tools like Terraform in my current setup. I'm currently learning Ansible, with Terraform next in line. I also have a basic understanding of Docker. I'm very interested in Linux and infrastructure, and I'd like to give back to the community while developing a deeper understanding of Linux. I'd especially like to learn more about managing real infrastructure and deploying and configuring monitoring tools like f.e. Zabbix. Hello everyone, My name is Rijul Gulati and I am based out of India, currently working as a Software Engineer.
